Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we cover return shipping costs.

Refunds typically process within four weeks, including:

• Transit time for us to receive your return (5–10 business days)

• Processing time at our facility (3–5 business days)

• Bank processing time for the refund (5–10 business days)

Many refunds are processed faster. To initiate a return, email support@twins-special.com with your order number and details about the item. We’ll provide return instructions promptly.

Shipping

We ship to most addresses worldwide, though some products have restrictions or cannot be shipped internationally.

Upon ordering, we provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and your chosen shipping method. These estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page during checkout.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based, as shown on product detail pages. Per our shipping partners’ policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
